Data Deletion

To request deletion of your Lamia data, send "Delete my data" to the Lamia WhatsApp bot.

You can also email destek@lamia.az with the phone number connected to your Lamia account.

We may verify the request before deleting data. After verification, stored personal data will be deleted or anonymized unless we must keep limited records for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.

Typical deletion timeframe: within 30 days after verification.
