Operator and status
Lamia is an active personal AI assistant operated by ATLM MMC and available through WhatsApp.
What Lamia does
Lamia helps organize and summarize expenses, income entries, tasks, reminders, spending categories, daily/weekly/monthly summaries, and subscription/payment reminders.
What Lamia does not do
Lamia is not a bank, accountant, tax, investment, or legal advisor.
Lamia does not make payments, transfer money, access bank accounts, manage funds, provide professional financial, tax, legal, or investment advice, guarantee financial results, or replace professional consultation.
User responsibility
The user is responsible for the accuracy of submitted information, decisions based on summaries, manually checking important numbers, seeking professional advice when needed, and securing their device/WhatsApp account.
Data, messaging, and risks
By using the service, the user understands that messages and submitted data may be processed and stored by ATLM MMC. WhatsApp consent allows service reminders, summaries, notifications, and support messages. Marketing messages are sent only where allowed after proper opt-in.
We apply reasonable security measures, but digital services and internet data transmission cannot be considered completely risk-free.
Abuse, changes, and contact
Abuse, spam, illegal use, or misuse may lead to account restriction. The service may be changed, paused, or discontinued.
Intellectual property and third-party services
The Lamia name, software, design, and service materials belong to ATLM MMC or their respective rights holders. Messages may be processed by providers such as the OpenAI API to understand requests and prepare responses. WhatsApp and other third-party services may have separate terms.
