Privacy Policy
How Lamia Personal Assistant processes and protects personal data.

Data collected
We may process name, phone number, email, WhatsApp messages, voice messages and transcriptions, expense records, income records, tasks, reminders, categories, and subscription/payment status.
Purpose
Data is used to provide the assistant service, track expenses and tasks, send reminders, prepare daily/weekly/monthly summaries, organize categories, manage subscriptions/payments where used, support users, secure the service, and improve the service.
AI and voice processing
Messages may be processed by AI service providers such as OpenAI API to prepare responses. Voice messages may be processed into text, and recordings are not kept longer than necessary.
Sharing and training
We do not sell personal data. Private financial data is not used to train public AI models. Data may be shared only with providers needed to run hosting, WhatsApp messaging, AI processing, payment/subscription systems if used, support, and security.
Storage and security
Inactive user data may be kept for up to 12 months after inactivity and may then be deleted. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption, access control, and monitoring where appropriate. No digital service can be considered 100% secure.
User rights
You can request deletion by writing “delete my data” or “məlumatlarımı sil” in WhatsApp, or by emailing destek@lamia.az. Data export is not currently offered.
Consent
Before using the WhatsApp service, you may be asked to confirm agreement with the Privacy Policy and Terms by writing “I agree” or another accepted confirmation.
