Privacy and trust

We are clear about data handling.

When you use Lamia, submitted data may be processed and stored by ATLM MMC to provide the service, organize expenses and tasks, send reminders, prepare summaries, support security, and provide support.

  • We do not sell personal data.
  • Private financial data is not used to train public AI models.
  • Messages may be processed by OpenAI API to generate responses.
  • Voice messages may be processed into text.
  • Voice recordings are not kept longer than necessary.
  • We apply reasonable technical and organizational security measures, including encryption where appropriate.
  • You can request deletion with “delete my data” or “məlumatlarımı sil”.
  • Inactive user data may be kept for up to 12 months after inactivity.
